Our digital marketing plans cannot be cancelled or refunded. All the payment for the digital services must be made in advance.

For the online workshops, the refunds and cancellation decision will be entirely up to the management. If for any reason you are unable to attend the workshop or need to cancel your registration, please email hello@bigmouthsocial.com at the earliest and the management will take a call depending on the situation.
